We only sell original factory sealed products therefore due to the nature of the sealed products we sell, we do not accept returns. However if you have any questions please message us and we can review your case,

REFUNDS

If approved and the refund is related to a damaged item, the full amount will be reimbursed to your original payment method. Alternatively, we may offer a MintyLoot store credit or gift card, which you may accept or decline.
